The best coconut punch for the money?
I’d have to say coconut punch, a concoction of coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut oil and coconut extract, is the best for the wallet.
It’s rich in protein, healthy fats, antioxidants and vitamins A and C, and it tastes delicious.
But what about the health effects?
Coconut punch isn’t meant to be taken for breakfast or snacks.
But the fact that it contains so much protein, fat and antioxidants could be one reason why coconut punch has been around for so long.
“I think it has the potential to help you maintain your weight because of the protein and the fats that it’s got,” said Dr. Jennifer Wylie, a nutritionist with the Mayo Clinic and a former medical nutritionist for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
“It’s been around and is gaining popularity for a long time.”

But as far as what to buy, she recommends using the ones that have a few ingredients that are more expensive.
For instance, coconut milk is made of coconut, but it also contains water and palm oil, which are expensive.
You might want to use a healthier alternative like almond milk or coconut oil.

“The other thing to look out for is the salt,” said Doreen Farr, who runs a website called Coconut Love that helps people make their own coconut drinks and snacks.
“Salt is not essential,” she told CBC News.
“You can use plain salt, you can use salt and pepper, or you can add more salt if you want.”
The other good thing about coconut punch?
“If you have children, coconut punch makes them feel great,” Wyls said.
That’s because it also has a natural sweetness.
“Kids will love it because it has so many nutrients,” Wys said.

And, of course, if you are going to be using coconut punch in your diet, you might want some coconut ice cream or coconut cream pudding, too.
“If the coconut punch you’re using is really good, try to use coconut ice creams,” said Farr.
That will help keep the fat in.
If coconut ice is more expensive, you could try coconut ice milk, which is often cheaper and doesn’t have the coconut flavour.
It might be better to get something that has a little more fat in it, like coconut milk ice cream.
